Finley photograph collection is a small collection that deals specifically with one single year of his career, his tour as military governor of the District of Zamboanga, Moro Province, Philippine Islands in 1911. The photos consist of various scenes and natives of the province, numerous photos of a convention of Moros and Pagans at Moro Rancharia of Taluckzangay, Mindanao, Philippine Islands on May 15, 16, and 17, 1911. The only American military person seen is Lieutenant Colonel Finley, all of the rest are native Filipinos.
